Every site different
Each site can be set up to be different based on the requirements of the client. Each site will have its own list of generic tasks that must be completed by the guard before leaving. You can generate your own list of task types and then allocate them to any location. Any site can then be visited from once only to every hour.

QR Codes
The app can check QR codes present at the location. Any mistakes or failures can be reported on. The flexibility of the application can allow a few QR and barcode types to be read into the program. The phone becomes the QR reader, no other technology is required.

Geolocation
The app can track the user to the site and prove that they are on the site. Geolocation also can show the movement of the guard around the premises and can matchup to QR code readings.

Real time management and reporting.
The need to create reports can be done away with. Reporting can be created in real time or on a daily basis. These reports allow photos of the client’s property to be added directly into reports and used by management to see what is happening on the ground.
Time to enhance the service.
Giving more and costing less is what the service does best. It increases your professional view to the client while giving your staff hours of time back each week to get everything else done. Patrols like using the app because is shows complete transparency on what they are doing and is easy to use.
What about the state of the vehicle?
At the start of the shift, you can ask the guard to run through a list of car checks to make sure that the vehicle is in correct working order. Any problems are fed back to the control centre for them to be put right. This leads to a far greater accountability for the state of the vehicles keeping the car on the road for longer.
