- Client/family – This option enables the client or their family to be aware of a carers visit, be informed of any issues and receive confirmation of all actions taken by carer.

- The system will allow scheduling for any number of clients on a daily weekly monthly or any other time span.
- If there are one off ad hoc visits then these can be added. Also any emergency call-outs can be added to someone’s list.
- User will have the ability to operate either through a mobile app or through a web page.
- They will be able to see all of the places that they need to visit.
- The system will monitor the GPS of the user to make sure that they visit the property in question.
- The app will have an inbuilt chat feature that allows the user to Talkback to anyone else within the business.
- Once at a property, the user will be given a list of tasks to perform. Once a task is completed then the user can tick a box on the page. If there is any medical data or any photographic images that need to be taken that these can be done through the mobile phone. Once all the tasks are complete the user is given the option to leave or add any further comments or actions required from their visit.
- If the user is using a company vehicle, then there is an option at the start of the shift to check and make sure that the vehicle is fit for purpose and reports on any issues with it.
- There will be two further apps that will be made available. The first app is for the individual client themselves to make them aware of when the employees expected to be there. The 2nd is an app for any relatives who can track when the visits have occurred and can even be informed of any issues arising. These apps all link up together and give accurate data in real time. The chat could also be extended to these apps. The security of the app for the client would be biometric so that a fingerprint or face recognition (once set up) would allow the app to be used. I am also interested in put in features on the users app that could potentially monitor the health and mental well being off the user in a gentle and loving way.
- The administrative area of the website will allow the management of all the scheduling plus any reporting required. It will also interact with a third party accounting software that will allow invoices to flow automatically out of the scheduling. It will also monitor missed visits plus any further actions resulting from visits.
